OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our philosophy is built on meeting players where they are and helping them grow from there. We believe that great coaching starts with strong fundamentals, clear communication, and an understanding that every player’s journey in squash is different.
At PVD Squash, we work with juniors, collegiate athletes, and adult players of all levels. Training is adapted to support individual goals — whether that’s learning the basics, building confidence, improving fitness, or competing at a high level. Sessions are purposeful and structured, while remaining positive, engaging, and supportive.
Above all, we aim to create an environment where players are challenged, encouraged, and motivated to improve, while developing a lifelong connection to the sport and a genuine enjoyment of the process.
